Saturday morning the kids woke up at their normal time but Nana got up with them and gave them their breakfast so Brian and I slept in. After a slow morning we took the kids for a walk around the property. I wanted to show them the fountain and the bridge and the waterways. We ended our walk at the clubhouse and got some quick lunch. It was getting quite hot and we didn't want to waste any pool time.
We spent the afternoon at the pool and it was the perfect sunny Florida day and I think the kids could've stayed in there permanently. But we all had gotten too much sun so we headed back to the condo. Brian and I got ready for our date night and the kids got ready for their special night with Nana and Papa.
Brian and I went to Roy's in Naples and had the best meal, its one of our favorite restaurants. We've been to Roy's in Maui on our honeymoon and we go to Roy's Naples every time we are there!
The kids went to get toys and smoothies with Nana and Papa and then they were asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillow, they never give their grandparents any trouble!
It was one of our best days here yet and mostly because we didn't do much and the kids at this age are happier just swimming and running in and out of the gorgeous landscaping! We are all pretty sunburned and not for lack of sunscreen. When we went walking it was only going to be a short time in the morning so I didn't even think to put sunscreen on but the hotter day and our pure white skin, we got some nice red color!
