The kids love to dress up so naturally they really love Halloween. They don't come up with just one costume, they come up with several and usually change their mind a lot. I will buy them one new costume per year whether they wear it for Halloween or not. Often, we buy the costume at the end of the summer since they are usually already planning it out!
With school parties and trick or treating they do get multiple events to dress up so 3 different costumes is doable.
