MSU Small Animal Day

Saturday April 19th, Heather and I took the kids to MSU Small Animal Day and it was a huge hit! Addie, who we know loves animals, was so excited. She had to get up close and personal with every animal and was thrilled to be able to pet the ducks, roosters and chickens. Braden surprised me and was very into seeing and touching all the animals. He and I got to watch chicks being born out of their eggshells. We rode the city bus around to the different locations. At first Braden was a bit spooked by the bus but ended up loving it. He especially was enthralled by the double bus with the stretchy center that moved when the bus turned. We will definitely be making this an annual event!
